Daniels Silverman provide a quick and effective service to trace absconding customers. This allows debts to be collected which would otherwise be written off.

Extensive internal trace procedures are followed at no cost to our clients. Where such methods are not successful, clients have the option of tracing through our panel of resourceful trace agents.

Depending on the amount of information available, the majority of gone away and absconding debtors can be traced within 24 hours if not quicker. Where initial attempts are unsuccessful, further manual trace steps are taken and results notified as soon as available.

Electronic searching combined with manual intervention and tracking methods
Once someone "disappears without trace", it is not long before they start to leave electronic footprints. By extensive database searching, links can be found and a new forwarding address established. More difficult cases require tried and tested trace and tracking methods to find out such information. Our panel of trace agents are experts in this field.

Pre-legal financial checks undertaken
Before potentially expensive litigation is embarked upon, it is important to know that a debtor has the financial means to settle any resulting Court Judgment. Otherwise you could be faced with a hollow victory, an uncollectable debt and possibly mounting legal costs. We are able to conduct Land Registry and asset searches to determine a debtor's financial situation before a decision is made to issue legal action. Clients benefit from such information by reducing the risks to their business and only proceeding with cases which they are likeley to win and successfully recover.
