Assessment of means and instalment plans negotiated
We appreciate consumer debtors are not always in a position to pay a debt in full immediately. For that reason our team of collectors quickly evaluate the debtors circumstances by requiring proof of income and expenditure. They then ensure the maximum affordable instalments are collected either weekly or monthly.

Easy payment methods including paying in books
Consumers may experience financial hardship from time to time, meaning they are unable to pay large amounts in one payment. We therefore offer simply payment procedures including acceptance of cash, cheques, post dated cheques, postal orders and can even send paying in books to debtors to allow them to pay directly into our client account through their local Bank. This means the debtor has no excuse not to pay or start reducing the account by weekly or monthly instalments.

Debt Surveillance
A consumer debtors circumstances can change very quickly. They may obtain employment or come into money in some way. For this reason the debtor is revisited at frequent intervals to reassess their situation with a view to increasing instalments or settling an account in full.

Finance available
Should a debtor not be in a position to pay in full, our negotiators will assess whether they are suitable for a refinance package. Provided they have security of some kind (normally equity in a saleable property) through our association with various financial institutions we can offer refinance to ensure our clients accounts are paid in full.
